Hohenwerfen Castle dates back to the 11th century is open to visitors and offers a guided tour of both the museum and castle. Famous for the filming of Where Eagles Dare and just 20 minutes away.  During the summer there are daily Falconry Displays which are highly recommended.

Salzburg the city of music, is a delightful place to visit. Mozart's birthplace, historically known as the 'Rome of the North', and set to the sound of music. Located on the banks of the Salzach River, Salzburg is a World Heritage site and offers both culture and a myriad of different architectural styles. Many Interesting attractions are to be found as well as great restaurants, bars and shops, all within easy walking distance of the city centre.
